What to expect at Learning Technologies Summer Forum 2018 #LTSF

What: A free exhibition area showcasing the leading industry suppliers, free seminars and an exclusive conference to continue the conversations started in February

When: Tuesday 12th June 2018, 9.00 – 17.00

Where: Olympia, London

Who: Anyone with an interest in learning technologies can register for the exhibition and seminars, but the conference is very exclusive – only past attendees can gain access!

Why: Explore the most popular topics from Learning Technologies 2018 in an intimate environment. 2018 will be a pivotal year in L&D thanks to some of the challenging aspects of the global digital transformation, so make sure you’re prepared with the host of available information and resources.

The exhibition

The exhibition is open for one day only, between 9am to 5pm, so make the most of your day to explore the vendors’ offerings. Furthermore, there is free access to experience the best sessions, new technologies, demonstrations and seminars to further develop the key learning themes from Learning Technologies back in February 2018.

Learning Technologies Summer Forum provides an additional offering to supplement those of February’s event, to allow L&D professionals to experience new content emerging in the industry.

You needn’t have attended in February either – Learning Technologies Summer Forum is the ideal event to capture a snapshot of all things L&D and network with fellow L&D professionals!

The conference

The conference zone is open 8am until 5pm, with conference programmes times running between 9.15am to 4pm.

The conference includes a wide range of sessions including auditorium sessions, café sessions, workshops and seminars, with interaction and engagement encouraged at all.

Whilst free to attend, the conference is exclusive to past Learning Technologies conference delegates, past LSG conference delegates and Learning and Skills Group members only. What to expect

Numbers. As you may be aware, Learning Technologies 2018 enjoyed the company of over 8,000 visitors and over 200 exhibitors back in February. However, the Summer forum is expected to host 1,500 L&D professionals, and 36 exhibitors are in attendance.
Vibe. Learning Technologies Summer Forum is a more intimate event, making it ideal for informal, conversational and problem-focused discussions.

Demonstrations. You may have struggled to speak with every vendor back in February, but many attendees feel that the Summer Forum offers a more comfortable and spacious event. Want to add a little more structure to the day? Many exhibitors allow you to pre-book demonstration slots to ensure that you have time dedicated to you and your organisation.

The audience. Whilst many attendees of Learning Technologies Summer Forum previously attended Learning Technologies in February 2018, this is not a hard-and-fast rule. Many delegates opt to attend this one-day event to gain a snapshot of the conversations had in February, and to keep up with the latest industry trends.
