Today we have unveiled our new brand identity and website and want to share with you how we have evolved the Kallidus brand.
During the past five years our business has grown significantly both in size and in terms of the products we offer. Turnover, profitability and employee figures have all trebled in that time, and we now have more than 200 blue-chip and public sector companies using our award-winning solutions to help them develop their organisation’s talent.
At the start of the summer we set out on a mission to design a new logo and visual style to reflect how far we have evolved as a company. We wanted to create an identity that captures the very essence of who we are and the experience we deliver.
The end result is a bold logo, carefully aligned with:

- Our commitment to building lasting partnerships with our clients as we continually strive for customer excellence in everything we do
The different segments of the logo represent the growing range of modules we offer (LMS, Talent, Performance, 360 and E-Learning Content) and how these fit together to provide a seamless solution for developing talent. The formation of the segments shows that ‘the sum is greater than its parts’ and represents the importance of a joined-up approach to talent management.
We’ve designed the segments so that they look like speech marks, helping to illustrate our consultative approach and the great dialogue we have with our customers. We believe that honest open communications are the cornerstone of a successful partnership and underpin the delivery of effective solutions where learning and talent development strategies are aligned closely with business goals to maximise performance improvements. And with the rise of cloud-based solutions, we hope that our commitment to building lasting partnerships with our customers and our relentless focus on delivering the highest quality of service will continue to set us apart as the marketplace evolves.
In conjunction with the new brand identity, we’ve developed a new website to showcase all the different services we offer and how these are transforming our customers’ businesses. To bring the website to life, our marketing team travelled all around the country taking photos and filming our diverse customer base. In today’s technology-enabled businesses, talented people are what really drive success, and we are really pleased that this has been reflected in the end result. The launch of our new brand and website signify a coming of age for Kallidus and concludes a successful year for us and, most importantly, our customers. 2015 has been our best year yet for winning industry awards and thanks to our strong customer partnerships we were delighted to take home five awards at the E-Learning Awards last month, including gold for ‘Best use of blended learning’.
With our new brand unveiled as the year draws to a close, it’s really just the beginning of exciting things to come, and another year where our focus remains firmly on creating success for our customers by supporting them every step of the way to develop talented people.
