Kallidus will be speaking and exhibiting at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition next week. Sales and Marketing Director Philip Pyle is running a seminar on ‘Achieving Global Talent Agility’ and will examine how an agile approach to talent management with the right people, processes and technology is essential for meeting rapidly changing business needs and succeeding in today’s global marketplace.

Philip’s seminar takes place in the HR Technology stream, on Wednesday 5 November 2014, at 11.15-11.45pm. Drawing on best practice, Philip will cover the following areas:

Proactive succession planning: how to align succession plans with short and long-term business goals
Identifying and developing high-potentials: how to direct investment in talent that will create most value for the business and manage talent gaps more effectively through leadership development and talent mobility initiatives
Building a robust talent pipeline from within: creating an Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain the best; using technology to win through

Said Philip Pyle, Sales and Marketing Director, Kallidus:

“Building an agile organisation with a nimble workforce capable of adapting to the changing business landscape with speed is crucial for driving better business performance and post-recession growth. I’m looking forward to sharing best practice to help organisations embrace a more agile and integrated approach to learning and talent management.”

During both days of the exhibition, Kallidus will be showcasing the latest version of its innovative Learning & Talent Suite, a modular software system bringing together learning, performance, talent management and succession planning. The Kallidus team will also offer insight into their consultancy capabilities and award winning e-learning content for today’s increasingly mobile workplace. A complimentary business agility insight guide will also be available at stand 622.
