NPT Homes is one of the largest social landlords in Wales and has responsibility for over 9,000 properties across the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. With just over 500 employees they are committed to providing good quality housing and a range of services to help people manage their homes.
NPT Homes were keen to get a better understanding of performance and developmental feedback from teams as a whole and needed a solution that would enhance the performance management process which only accounts for feedback from line managers.
Kallidus were chosen for their future possibilities. NPT Homes liked the fact that Kallidus had a full suite of software to support the whole employee lifecycle, allowing them to start planning for the future and not just an individual point of need.
